Fraunhofer Kaiserslautern
Fraunhofer is Europe’s largest application-oriented research organization. Its research efforts are geared entirely to people’s needs: health, security, communication, energy and the environment. They are conducted by 76 institutes and research units at locations throughout Germany with more than 30.000 employees.
The Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering IESE and the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM are doing research side by side in Kaiserslautern. In particular, the close cooperation with the nearby University Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU) plays a major role in our work.
